I am considering buying my first road bike and i was thinking about the Jamis Ventura sport road bike. My question is about the gears. It says it is a 16 speed bike..I am looking for a bike that will really make me workout and have high resistance with the gears...Does this model and 16 speed do that?? Im going to be doing daily about 20 miles around the city.
