can someone give me a routine for each of these exercises?

someone on here told me to follow this routine . they did not put the excercises . can someone help me out .

Day One - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Stomach
Day Two- Back, Biceps, Legs, Stomach
Day Three- off/rest
Day Four- Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Stomach
Day Five- Back, Biceps, Legs, Stomach
Day Six & Seven- off/rest

4 exercises for each body part
8-10 rips per set.
