So is there anyone here who can give me a COMPLETE training program ? With conditioning and technique training.If I were to be more specific about the MA,I'd say Shotokan karate,TaeKwon-Do,Boxing,Mhuai-Thai something in those lines.Like they say a "hard" style MA.Something like a weekly program.And please,don''t say that I should join a MA class or a gym.If I had the opportunity I would've but unfortunately,here there aren't any.I've searched the web,but all I found were only articles on how some exercises work...I'm not the thinking type,so it's impossible for me to read all that material and create a program.So please ...Pretty please !

I said..THERE AREN'T any MA classes,gyms ,dojos etc. It's not that I didn't look it's because there isn't.It's a rly small town so I would know if there is such a thing.
