...was used.? So, Im wondering, cause me and my brother talk late at night, we arn't yelling we just laugh here and there and stuff. And there is this neighbor that always calls and threaten to call the cops. Its loud to him cause we both leave the window open and well they are like a 3 yard away from each other. We live in California.
Can someone get someone else legally in trouble for talking at night, no equipment...
