Can someone find me some very high class clothing for an affordable price?

I go to a fancy private school and I always feel so underdressed. I could really use some cute skirts and tops to match. and maybe a pair of boots or something to? I really wanna look classy so nothing taacky like wetseal or charlotte russe please. Thanks!!!!
 
First off, wetseal and charlotte russe are not classy, they are cheap and sell crap that falls apart. You don't want to walk into your first period with a hole in your new shirt.

Anyways, I received this catalog in the mail the other day and they have a TON of really cute stuff for pretty cheap. Its called BodyCentral...I haven't bought anything from them yet, but plan on it. www.bodyc.com. The other place I like is Gap, yeah, its preppy, but if you shop their sales racks you can get steals AND their clothes don't fall apart on you.
