ok this is the impression from the MRI
1 Large extruded broad based central and right posterior disc herniation at l4-l5 this is a considerable caudal migration of the herniated disc which migrates a distance of 1.6cm inferior to the level of the superior end plate of the l5 vertebral body. The disc herniation in thecal sac compression right lateral recess stenosis and compression of the right l5 nerve root.
2. Degenerative disc disease at l4-l5
3. slight retrolisthesis of l4 with respect to l5
4, Bilateral spondylsis at l5 with associated grade 1 l5-s1 spondylothesis. Mid left sided neural foraminal narrowing is noted at l5-s1
the MRI also showed i was born with spondylothesis since i was born.
so my question is can i go back to lifting? I dont have pain i dont feel 100% yet but i have no pain its more like a nuisance somebody please get back at me
