Can someone explain this weird pain in my chest?

Ok So Ive been having this weird pain in the left part of my chest and sometimes my left arm will hurt with it. Sometimes if I go for a run and my heart is beating really fast it doesn't hurt anymore. Can someone help me out? I don't want to go rushing to the doctor's if its nothing serious
