I get impulses to do crazy things and they are hard to contol. Right now I want to break into my school and cut my fingures off with there sizzers. No other ones just the ones at my school. I want to destroy things I love and ruin things for myself. It sucks can someone explain this to me without telling me to go to a doctor.
