Can someone drive my drive car with a suspended license but can still be insured?

This might be confusing, I want to buy a car from a dealership and have it registered under my name because my gf's license is suspended. I must get full coverage for the car which is fine but i want it insured under her name is that ok to do?? I don't need a another car insured that i'm not driving.
