can somebody tell me what movie this is(haunted house)?

all i remember is it is a movie about a haunted house and at the end of the movie the ghost says a womans name which makes her turn around and she sees nothing. and this happens after the family moves in a new house at the end of the movie.
i think the title is includes the words a haunting or something i just cant find out what movie this is. and its not a recent movie
its not the haunting in Connecticut
