Can somebody recommend a good place to take a cooking class in Houston?

I would like to take this one girl on a date and I thought it’ll be fun to surprise her by taking a cooking class. The only problem is, I don’t know where, or how much it costs, and what kind of food to cook. I would really like someone to recommend a place where magic can happen, if you know what I mean.
