can somebody help me to create a button on the first frame of flash 8 pro?

it has to say 'click here to start' and has to start my flash animation instead of just starting straight away on the site. i have very little experience, so please tell me how to do it letter by letter, click by click, thanks. 10 points for easiest and clearest one ty.
how do i put a stop action figure?
please, i want details im not an expert, click by click and word by word.
 
put a stop action script on the first frame
create a rectangle
select rectangle
press F8 and select button
add go and play form basic actions from action script
then write 2
