can somebody help me? tmobile was suppose to ship me out a garminfone and in the ups system it says the phone was received but I haven't received it so I called tmobile and they did a handset research and everytime I call they always say they have nothing and then they said there was a delay with the handset research team and im still waiting is there anyway I can just cancel start over to get the phone shipped,my phone is broke..:-(...and everytime I ask to speak with a manager the reps hang up on me!
Can somebody help me? tmobile was suppose to ship me out a garminfone?
