Can some help with a little cooking?

I have no type of flour or baking powder or soda. What can I use a substitutes?
And I can't leave the house to purcahse such items.
I'm attempting to make white cake from scratch.

You can't bake a cake without 2 or more of those items. Forget it until you can buy what you need.

Those are basic pantry staples. Go to the store and buy flour, baking powder and baking soda. While you're there, pick up some salt, cornstarch and sugar.

crumble up some crackers...maybe oatmeal....or cereal....rice....potatoes....

That would depend on what you are making as to what you can sub for those ingredients.

pancake mix, boxed yellow or white cake mixes. they all have leavening agents(baking powder, soda) in them already. if you have them, they will be an alright substitute - not great, but better than nothing.
