I've always wondered about this, because I recently found out that a sex offender in the next neighborhood has had a baby girl and I was wondering if the government will intervene? Or not. What do you think?
I don't think the gov' can intervene...If a sex offender is out of jail and no longer being held... they live there life... It is a good question but I don't think the gov. or anyone can intervene at all... they are living there life...
