I'm looking into and researching this whole salvia smoking trend and I've noticed that buying it at your local head shop is pretty expensive, so I was wondering if the salvia plants with those pretty purple flowers that I have planted in my back yard is the same thing that's dried and sold? And if so, is it safe? What the risks are? What the risks and differences between smoking salvia and marijuana? Long term effects? And what not... Can anyone help me out with some knoledge on this and possibly give me a good link to back up the theory? Thanks.
