Can run Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD run this game?

The game I want to run is Richard Burns Rally, it is a fairly old racing game. I would assume the laptop could run it, but I haven't heard great things about the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD.

RECOMMENDED SPECIFICATION (for RBR):

2.6GHZ Processor
512MB System Ram
128MB Video Card (Card must support Pixel Shading)
At least 3.10GB HD space
Sound Blaster© Audigy 2 ZS

So, could Richard Burns Rally run at a playable fps?

Side note:
Also, could this laptop run Guild Wars?
 
The Intel Media Accelerator 4500hd will play that game because it's old. 4500hd cannot play newer games. If you want to play newer games, you need at least ATI Radeon HD 3000 series or Nvidia Geforce 9600G Series. The laptop you're looking forward to buy has great specs, but the only thing that kills it is that Intel Graphics Media Accelerator. If like playing games, don't get a laptop with Intel grapics media accelerator, they suck!!
