from developing? i'm seventeen, and due to health complications, i've been forced to live a sedentary lifestyle for the past three years. now that i'm getting better, i'm beginning to exercise more regularly to get my strength up - i walk thirty minutes daily, and i do pilates two times a week.
something that's kind of bothering me is extensive cellulite on my legs. it's only visible on the back of my upper thighs when i'm just standing, but if i say, kneel or squat, or push on it, it's visible in all areas of my leg.
i'm just wondering if i can reduce the appearance of my celullite, or if i can only prevent developing more in the future, and if age has any factor to play in it.
thank you in advance, i really appreciate it!
i'm also quite thin - about 120 lbs at 5' 10", if that helps?
