can quad seats be installed in 05 dodge caravan istead of the middle bench seats.?

do you have to cut the carpet or do the quad seats only have one mount?
 
You will have to see if those seats will fit the OEM seat rack and if they don't u'll have to get new one and take the old rack off, then align the new rack with the original place of the old rack and see if it fit. If it doesn't then you might have to cut and redrill some new holes for the seat rack (brackets).
