can pre ejaculate get you pregnant?

okayy so my last period was jan 12, i sort of had sex jan 31st, it was unprotected but he didn't ejaculate. I stopped because we didn't have a condom... on feb 7th we also had sex i guess. i stopped again because i didn't want to get pregnant... he didn't ejaculate that time either.. i'm supposed to start my period on the 9th? i've had a irregular cycle the past few months but it's starting to get normal again being 28 or 29 days.. so i just wanted to hear peoples opinion on if pre cum can get you pregnant, & what are the chances? thank you
