My sister came home today (shes ten im thirteen) and she said a man on the military base we live on called the police on her and many of my friends along with hers. The police came and said if this happens again we will be restricted from using anything with wheels, even if it is legal, im fighting it, i just want to know if it is or not.
we were riding bike around a house, out house to be exact, and a few were doing ticks on skate boards on a rap infront of house ON the side walk, and as soon as anybody came we moved out of the way and let them pass
