I was riding my bicycle at 10pm without a light and was pulled over by police and was questioned what i was doing. I said riding my bike, then pd asked when last time i used drugs told them im on strattera, lexapro, trazodone, risperidone as perscribed by my doctor. Officer then wanted to check my pulse which was 124 and i said im riding my bike so it would be higher than normal. Officer then said i was 11550 and arrested me. When asked if i would give them a urine sample or blood i said no, so i was takin to county hospital where they took my blood without my concent. I am not on probation or parol. Have my rights been violated in any way or can police take anyone to a hospital and take there blood.
