At the nursing facility that I just started to work at, the facility asks that in order to save money, that the CNA's do not put diapers on patients unless they leave their beds. Instead, the residents lay half naked on a pad and the pad is changed when ever the CNA does her rounds. Is this ethical or legal?
Can nursing homes do this?
