With the advent of autumn again, it's the annual war of the fallen leaves. Neighborhood gossip has it that Neighbor A, who doesn't have any trees on his property, is griping bcause Neighbor B has a large maple tree that drop leaves in Neighbor A's yard. Neighbor A Claims he had cleaned up 10 bags of leaves that have fallen from Neighbor B's tree and half the leaves are still on the tree waiting to fall. Neighbor B is saying he can't control when or where the leaves fall or which direction the wind blows. This is getting ugly. Any advice I could give to either of them?
Can neighbors successfully sue for wandering leaves?
