Youll need more credentials than just your Navy training. A bachelor's degree, lots of extra curricular activites, and brush up on your reading comprehension would all serve you well for joining the CIA.
 
Langley is looking for prior military who have a degree in history or languages primarily. The thing is, you need to have a STRONG understanding of a given culture or political system -- mine is Middle Eastern affairs (most specifically Iran).
