Can my wireless provider view the pictures stored on my phone?

I have some "naughty" pictures that my husband and I have sent back and forth via picture message. I was wondering if my provider can possible view them on my account? I know it might seem far fetched but with today's technology I wouldn't doubt it. Thanks!
 
It's theoretically possible, but it's unlikely that they do it.

Technically, it would be easier for them to view the pictures when they were actually being transmitted, compared to trying to retrieve them after they are already stored in your phone.

Realistically they would only do this type of thing if a search warrant required it (equivalent to tapping your phone).
