Can my wife (who is a military spouse) get in trouble for adultery?

My wife fooled around me twice since I have been the army. I forgave her the first time. The 2nd time happened shortly before I deployed. She says she didn't have sex either time and I believe her.

What is bugging me now is she has admitted to sleeping with 3 people in the 3 months since we have separated and now has a steady boyfriend even though we aren't divorced yet. I am planning on doing the divorce when I return home from Iraq and nothing is going to change that, but on paper we are still married.

Is it still considered adultery even though we are definitely getting a divorce? And can she get in any kind of trouble?
 
Technically yes it's adultery until the divorce is final. She's not going to get in any trouble however. Why the worry at this point?
