(follow up to "CAN I SPEAK FOR MY WIFE IN COURT" question)
Another idea I just had and wanted to ask, can my wife make her Family Court appearance by telephone? This would really help limit her emotional outbursts when her ex tries to "push her buttons" and would allow me to advise her on how to say what she is wanting to convey to the judge.
Are "Telephone Appearances" allowable? (Superior Court - Los Angeles, California)
