I'm a 15 year old male and have completely no access to the gym or heavier weights due to financial reasons. All I have is 5lb dumbbells. I can lift around 20lb dumbbells but the thing is i just don't have heavier weights. Well I have really flabby triceps, and I'm just wondering if I do alot of sets/repititions for overhead tricep extensions, would the 5lb dumbbell make my tricep less flabby and make it more toned, and defined?
