ok im 16 and on house arrest for truency i have a history and my friend fought with his mom and moved out and in to my house hes 18 and he pays my mom some of the rent and food and utilities ETC and since hes my friend my po said he has to move out or im still on house arrest im pose to get this off my ankle tomorrow and he said no not till my friends out. can he do that? he lives in the house not just with me.
can my probation officer make some one move out?
