I had a baby 7 months ago, where I put on a stone and a half. Unintentionally I have lost all the weight, I eat enough but I suppose chasing after my baby and lugging her around has made me lose the weight, plus more!
I find myself feeling miserable and moody in the mornings but in the afternoons I seem to perk up. Is this weight loss making me have mood swings and because I eat more in the afternoon/evening I feel better?
