Can My Laptop Run Vista Ultimate/Home Premium?

I was wondering if my Laptop could run windows vista ultimate or home premium my computer specs are

Processor AMD Athlon 2650e
Cpu speed 1.60 Ghz
Ram 2.00 Gigs
OS Windows Vista Home Basic
Video Card ATI Radeon X1250
HardDrive 139 Gigs and 44 Gigs free

it should be capable of running it with little or no problems.just make sure you back up your files on something like a 500 gig external hardrive, so you don't loose everything when you install the Vista O.S.
