...and i have moved out? i gave my land lord one months notice that i was going to be moving out on the 31st on Jan. My lease ends on the 25th of Feb. He said that i have to pay rent from the 31st of Jan till the 25th of Feb if he doesn't fins someone who wants my room. Can he do this!? what if 100 people have wanted the room and he said no to everyone!?
Also, my lease is $120 per week but he told me he is advertising it as $135 due to "feb adjustments" can he do that? Isnt it supposed to be $120 still seeing as he is trying to find someone to fill the rest of MY lease?
