they can but probably will not.
I used to work for the cell company and one guy was watching TV for 23 hours a day. they suspended his internet access, as it was a violatoin of the terms of service. so if you did something extreme, they may want to see what you or a person is doing. but to send you e mails adn check web
pages they are not looking at your stuff.
