My boyfriend and I are both artists. I just want to paint, not sell art. He wants to make giclees and sell them and my paintings. This is fine by me 
Does he need a business license to sell my paintings in online galleries and/or ebay? And, is it legal for one artist to also sell another artists work? What we are doing is this: We both have our art on a website, and we have put Pay Pal buttons that link to his account, not mine. Is this ok?
