Can my family sell what we produce in our garden?

We have soo many Bing and Rainer cherries and we produce lots of rapsberries, blackberries and grapes but we don't live on a farm and have never sold any of them to the public. I was wondering if it's possible to sell them to the public; how would we go about doing that and what would we need to do that? (We live in Washington state).
