Can my ex get visitation rights if there is a DNA test done? (long question)?

He left as soon as he found out I was pregnant. He has only seen my daughter once when she was around 6 months. She's now going on 4. He knows nothing about her. Only her name. He has no idea as to what area I live in as i travelled an hour out of my home town when we arranged for him to see he that once. The only reason I cut contact was because he got aggressive and started harassing me. I have kept all the voice mails and texts exchanged between us. He has recently found me on face book and is saying he is going to take me to court for a DNA test to get access. Can he do this? And if he did get a DNA test would he then get visitation rights?
He hasn't seen my daughter through he's own choice. I had to arrange for him to see her the first time. He only started to gain interest when he found out I had a boyfriend. Other then that he had no interest in her what so ever.
 
I believe he is entitled to the DNA test, however, the court will not give visitation rights solely on the test. He has to prove that he is a responsible adult and can handle visiting with her. His harassment against you severely cuts into his case. The court will see this, and rule in your favor.
