My ex friend keeps texting me saying that oh she is gonna report me if I don't leave her alone and ok, I haven't texted her in months, haven't talked to her period! She sent me so many hate texts and voicemails and spreading around to everyone that im a horrible person and she's the one that wants to report me? The only thing I did was send a song to her from Avril Lavigne "I Can Do Better", thats it, I never threated her or anything and she keeps reminding me if I bother her one more time, she's gonna report me and to remind me that im on probation. So can she do anything to me? BTW on prob. for stealing. So yah????

If the terms of your probation include not committing any further crime, and you are convicted of harassing someone, you will violate your probation.
So don't send her songs. Don't contact her. Don't go where she is likely to be. Don't talk about her to other people.
And save the texts and messages she sends you, just in case.

No!! She really got to have a really good reason to put you back in jail..If i was you i will tell her if you text my phone one more time talking mess im going to change my number..Leave me alone you stalker..Then she will get really mad..Shes just mad because you dont want her..If you dont do anything bad the you dont have to worry about anything..sweetie i hope i helped you out..
She is doing what is calls non-verbal harassment... you can go and place a complaint about her with the local police department. It is probably the best thing for you to do and ask them to mail her a copy of it so its not coming from you. I had a guy who did this to me and was threatening to kill me exc.... I haven't herd from him in months after I did this. They will probably suggest that you change your phone number also...

She is doing what is calls non-verbal harassment... you can go and place a complaint about her with the local police department. It is probably the best thing for you to do and ask them to mail her a copy of it so its not coming from you. I had a guy who did this to me and was threatening to kill me exc....
