Can my Dodge Warranty be voided down the road since I didn't get my brake...

...linings checked/AC filter at 12k? What are the chances that down the road this is going to void my warranty (if I wait until 18,000 miles).

I am following a schedule B, so at 12k, the rear and break linings were to be inspected, and the air conditioner filter was to be replaced.

At 15k, the air cleaner filter was to be replaced.

I went to get my oil changed/tires rotated yesterday, and of course the guy whipped out the laminated sheet of recommendations.

Since the same service person who showed this to me has been dishonest with me in the past on SEVERAL occasions (including me stopping in there 3 times about my PCM, which on the 3rd time was replaced after times one and two he told me that I was doing something wrong), I didn't trust him.

However, if I wait until 18k to do any of these things, can Chrysler come to me at 70k miles and say "we're not fixing this, you voided your warranty by waiting 3k extra miles to get your AC filter replaced and break linings inspected?

Thanks.

You need to go over the terms of your warranty with a fine tooth comb. I'm sure that they have loopholes for their lifetime warranty. They might still cover an engine or transmission issue, but they may very well refuse to honor the warranty for the A/C or braking system.

Who's to say that you didn't take it to another shop because you didn't trust them. If I were you, I would take it to another shop since you don't trust your current one.
