There are allegation of neglect, which are not true, but anyways I am cooperating with dfys. My daughter was not taken out of the house. This happened almost a month ago. Anyways I was taking her dad to court for modification of parenting time. Now he is taking me to court for sole residentail custody. And I know he is going to base this on the dfys allegiations. Can he do this even when the allegations are still pending investigation? And what do I tell the judge if he asks about the allegations?
