Can my daughter and i still get social security disability from my husband if...

...he goes to jail or prison? First off we've been separated for 8 yrs which don't matter but We started receiving it in 2007 now he's facing like 5+ yrs in jail or prison.Will it affect our (my daughter and I) Social security disability? We live in Oregon if that helps
