over the summer my bf went to jail and i accepted the charges for when he called on my dads house phone and now my dads tryin to bring him to court over it to pay for it. i kno me and him should pay for it but i just havnt gotten the money yet. i just want to know if he really can bring him to court over the phone bill when its my dads phone bill
