The car runs, its insured, its registered. They only problem bc he isnt here to drive it they say its stored. and they dont allowed stored cars.. He has been gone 8 months and will be home in 3 months. I say it shouldn't be a problem bc tech. my husband still lives here and is entitled to have his car here as a resident. We are permitted to have two cars and thats all we have. Im just wondering can they legally tow his car? I know the service members relief act protects services members and families from many things. They told me should they decide to tow it they would put a sticker on it and the car would have 48 hours to be moved.
