I have a Lightning Audio S2.300 amp (300 watts) and 2 12" TS-W304C Pioneer subs (600watt max, 300rms)

yes it can power them. how many channels is your amp? if it is a 1 channel and the subs are already in a box and wired off the one connection then it is easy. all you have to do is use some 6 gauge wire and wire the subs to the amp (+ to + and - to -) then you need to get power to the amp and the signal from the head unit to the subs and the remote wire. from the battery in the under the bonnet run some 4 gauge wire from the + separated by a fuse through the firewall of the car down the side of the car under the carpet to the amp and once again + to + on the input of the amp. now run the RCA's and the remote wire from the back of the head unit down the side of the car under the carpet and connect to amp. and final stage it to tune your amp to the subs.
