Can masters of martial arts even ninjas actually dodge bullets in real life or is

The only way someone can dodge a bullet is if the shooter misses or they get really really lucky. It is near to impossible. The speed of a bullet exiting a chamber in a gun is at a speed of more than 200 MPH. SO almost no chance.

well sometimes. if it's planned, and they'v had time 2 get redy

not just if some guy randumly cames up to him and pulz out a gun.

why? r u planning on killing a maser of martial arts or a ninja???

Contrary to many answers... Ninjas are real... Hi everyone... there arent many though and they are not much like they are portrayed in movies and tv... a ninja is someone trained in the art of ninjutsu (though many schools of ninjutsu are fake there are a couple real ones still surviving in the world today). No we CAN NOT dodge bullets, that is just for the movies. And no matial artist o matter how skilled can even come close to dodging a bullet...

there is one known man to dodge bullets even at that its more the bullets curl out of fear for hitting their target

CHUCK NORRIS

Just Kung-Fu flicks. Mythbusters did this one.

to put it in perspective, bullets move at 600+ Miles per hour,

the faster human in the world can run at just over 21 miles per hour.

Humans have no idea what's happening at bullet speeds.

well first ninjas are not real,
secong it would be impossible to dodge a bullet considering it is going hundreds of mph.

The muzzle velocity of a bullet can vary from about 1080 f/s to 5910 f/s. It takes a human being about 0.1 s to recognize something moving and another 0.1 s for the signal to get form the brain to the muscles.

Thus, even a slow bullet would travel almost 2000 feet (allowing for friction) before a human could even twitch. Obviously the human eye could not see a bullet at 2000 feet, let along discern it's motion.
