Can Married active duty military enlisted be restricted to live off base?

Are you actually going to be getting extra? I know after I pay rent and then utilities the actual amount I pay out is above when I make for BAH. It'd be cheaper for me to live on base and have them take all my BAH because all your utilities are included. You might want to think it out.

To answer your question, no, you can't be restricted to only live on base.
 
as e-3 below can i be restricted to live off base? is that a right or privilege?
reason being i have many loans but all paid ontime, not in any big trouble, but like to pay off faster with extra bah i would be getting...
also as finacially stable,
bah- 1900
apartment-1300
nobrainer - 700 extra for bills or etc
