...in the fridge for ten days? I have an LB agar plate that has clones i wish to pick and grow up in 10 mls of LB medium (+ampicillin). the one thing I am wondering is am I going after a lost cause with this? could the bacteria be dead? My plate has been in the fridge for the past ten days.
