Can ingesting baking yeast before its cooked make you sick?

Highly unlikely that a piece of raised yeast dough would give you that kind of reaction. It sounds like an allergy. Yeast lets off an alcohol but not in great amounts. In any event you will just digest it soon and then be fine.

I ate a piece of raw, yeast-raised bread dough (it was also loaded with cinnamon & sugar!) I have been nauseated, fatigued, and headachy ever since. Is this a kind of food poisoning, and if so, what can be done about it?

Yeast is pretty sensitive to environment, the acid in your stomach would kill it quickly. There's only a sprinkle of yeast in a whole batch of dough, one piece is not going to contain a lot of yeast.

You're not food poisoned until it's, ugh, coming out every place possible.
