Can I write off apartment rent off of my taxes, if its for business use?

I own a small business and I use my 1 or my 2 rooms of my apartment for my business. I do not use this room only for my business, but about half of the time for business half the time for pleasure. Would I be able to write off a portion of this on taxes?
 
ONLY as long as it is the principle place where you conduct your business. Just having a room that you do your work in is not enough. It MUST be the place where you meet with clients and the place where you fo MOST of your normal "9-5" job duties. PLEASE consult a CPA on this. This type of a tax write-off is a HUGE target for the IRS.
