and or use of marijuana? Can I win a full scale battle against the supreme court to allow the cultivation and or use of marijuana?
I'm not a ******* pothead so knock the **** off ppl!!! I just want legitimate answers to my way of life and my beliefs! I know many other natural things exist that we shouldn't consume like Nicotine!! But this isn't anywhere near that! and for you assholes who decided to tell me that I'm hurting other ppl unknowingly, screw off!! I dont buy or support any legal organizations when I buy pot and smoke it!! I'm tired of having my liberty taken away! I served this country for 6 yrs in the Army and I'm a business owner in NY! I just want my copurts and congressman to recognize my right as an american and as a human! How do I do that or where do I start? Thanks to all you who have been polite and not rude!

I hear this is common with people in the Army. They bring it with them to war, which I'm sure it does help considering the life and death situation you guys go through.

I don't think you hurt anyone, I think people are just afraid starting with marijuana people will want to try more dangerous drugs. We already have alcohol which is worse than marijuana.

they do say marijuana makes people lose motivation, so how will hard work ever get done?
you are quite passionate about this but what about anything else?

Only if you can tell the judges of the penalties for those that lace marijuana with other chemicals or harsher drugs. So far all the court cases and propositions hasn't dealt with that issue. I am a military veteran from the US Navy. I am against smoking it but won't stop anyone else from doing such in their own lives.

I think that a more likely scenario is to get the law changed in the congress. There is growing discontent with the resources that are wasted on criminalizing this drug. If the congress were convinced to so the sensible thing, which will be difficult due to the far right, we could save a bundle of dollars by eliminating enforcement, court and incarceration costs, not to mention an income stream due to taxation.
